1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bk99tk ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at bk99tk.pro ("the Platform"). By registering an account, accessing any page of the Platform, placing any wager, or using any service offered by bk99tk, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform regardless of the device or browser used to access it. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

bk99tk reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. 2. Eligibility and Registration

To register an account with bk99tk and access any betting or gaming service, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Players under 21 are not permitted to access any bk99tk service under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual, acting on your own personal behalf, and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of any employee of bk99tk or any of its affiliated companies, game suppliers, or payment processing partners.
• You have not previously had a bk99tk account suspended or permanently closed for a breach of these Terms.
• You are registering with accurate, current, and complete personal information. Providing false registration details is a material breach of these Terms.

During registration you will be required to provide at minimum: a valid username, a secure password, a working email address, your full legal name, your date of birth, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. bk99tk reserves the right to request documentary evidence verifying any registration detail at any point — including but not limited to a national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Accounts that cannot be satisfactorily verified may be restricted or permanently closed.

One Account Rule: Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on bk99tk. If you discover that you have accidentally created a duplicate account, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected] so that the duplicate can be closed. Intentional creation of multiple accounts to circumvent bonus restrictions, account limits, or any other platform rule is a material breach of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of all balances held in the duplicate accounts and permanent suspension of all associated accounts.

3. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bk99tk login credentials, including your username and password. bk99tk will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, telephone, or any other channel. You must not share your login credentials with any other person.

You agree to notify bk99tk immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account. bk99tk shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure or where you have shared them with a third party.

bk99tk employs industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmissions on the Platform. However, you acknowledge that no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and bk99tk cannot guarantee absolute security. You are encouraged to use a strong, unique password for your bk99tk account and to change it regularly.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

bk99tk accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following approved payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed from time to time; the current list of accepted methods is displayed at the point of deposit.

Minimum Deposit: ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit set at the platform level, although individual payment provider limits may apply. bk99tk does not charge a processing fee on deposits.

Withdrawals: You may withdraw funds from your account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account has passed all required identity verification checks.
• The withdrawal amount does not exceed your available balance (real-money funds minus any locked bonus wagering requirements).
• The withdrawal is made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• No withdrawal request is currently under review by the bk99tk compliance team.

bk99tk does not charge a withdrawal fee. Processing times are typically: bKash and Nagad — within minutes to a few hours; bank transfers — up to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution. Withdrawal requests may be delayed if additional verification is required. bk99tk reserves the right to request documentary proof of the ownership of any payment method used on the Platform before processing a withdrawal.

Inactive Account Policy: An account is considered inactive if there has been no login or financial transaction for a continuous period of 12 months. bk99tk reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity administration fee to dormant accounts following written notice to the registered email address. The fee will not reduce the account balance below zero.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

bk99tk may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to registered players. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible games, and time limits, which will be communicated clearly at the point of offer.

General bonus conditions that apply to all bk99tk promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players aged 21 and above with a verified account in good standing.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• bk99tk reserves the right to cancel or amend any bonus at any time. Where a bonus is cancelled before wagering requirements are met, any bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Attempting to exploit bonuses through strategies that breach these Terms — including but not limited to matched betting using platform bonuses, arbitrage betting, or coordinated play across multiple accounts — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in permanent account closure.
• Bonus abuse detection may result in a request for additional verification before any withdrawal is processed.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the bk99tk Platform — whether on sports markets including cricket BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and international matches, or on casino games including live dealer tables, slots, crash games, and fish arcade titles — are governed by the following general rules. Category-specific rules for individual game types are displayed within the relevant game or market interface.

• All bets are final once confirmed on the Platform. bk99tk is not obligated to cancel or amend a bet after confirmation, except in the circumstances described below.
• bk99tk reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or stakes that resulted from a technical error, a data feed error, or a manifest pricing mistake. Players will be notified and the staked amount will be returned.
• Maximum win limits apply to certain markets and game categories. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement or in the game information panel.
• bk99tk reserves the right to limit the stakes accepted from any individual account at its sole discretion, including accounts suspected of professional or syndicate betting activity.
• In-play (live) bets are subject to additional latency rules. bk99tk uses automated systems to detect bets placed after a market-defining event has occurred but before the data feed has been updated. Such bets may be voided.
• Casino games use independently certified RNG software. The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is displayed in the game information panel. Past results do not influence future outcomes.

bk99tk takes match-fixing, fraud, and collusion very seriously. Any account found to be involved in suspicious betting activity, including but not limited to placing bets on pre-arranged outcomes, will be immediately suspended and reported to relevant authorities. All funds held in such accounts will be frozen pending investigation.

7. Responsible Gaming

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the bk99tk Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, game interfaces, and the compilation thereof — is the property of bk99tk or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any content obtained from the Platform without the prior written consent of bk99tk. Unauthorised use of Platform content may give rise to a claim for damages.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bk99tk and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.

bk99tk's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you into your bk99tk account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bk99tk makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may temporarily affect platform availability. bk99tk shall not be liable for any loss arising from temporary unavailability of the Platform.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and bk99tk, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance at [email protected] so that we can attempt to resolve the matter informally. The majority of queries and disputes can be resolved within 48 hours through direct communication with our support team.

If an informal resolution cannot be reached, both parties agree to engage in good-faith mediation before pursuing any other legal remedy. bk99tk's decision on all betting and gaming disputes — including the settlement of wagers, the application of bonus terms, and the interpretation of game rules — shall be final and binding, provided that such decisions are made in accordance with these Terms and applicable fair-play standards.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of bk99tk to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
